Craig Akers
Executive Director
Craig, a seasoned executive with a deep understanding of both technology and logistics, serves as Executive Director of the NCBFAA Shippers Association (NCBFAASA). In this role, he oversees all aspects of NCBFAASA's operations, from marketing and sales to IT and contract negotiations. His leadership has been instrumental in fostering corporate alliances, expanding the Association's reach, and cultivating strong relationships with both clients and vendors.
Craig's vision for the NCBFAASA is clear: to establish it as the indispensable, trusted resource for the NCBFAA Shippers Association and its members. He leverages his extensive experience in the industry, combined with his academic background in computer science and information technology from the University of Cincinnati, to drive innovation and ensure that NCBFAASA remains at the forefront of the ever-evolving shipping landscape.
Debbie Crowe
Manager of Member Services
Debbie has been involved in international trade since 1986 and has served as the Manager of Member Services for the NCBFAASA since 2006. Debbie is responsible for member recruitment, customer service, rate requests, data management and contract amendments. Debbie has also worked in logistics for Kenner Products.
Rebecca Rice
Manager of Business Development
Rebecca joined NCBFAASA in September 2014 as the Manager of Member Relations. Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the sale of NCBFAASA services and ensuring the client's needs and expectations are being met. She has worked 27 years in the International Transportation Industry with the majority of that time spent at OOCL (USA) Inc. in the sales and operations departments.
Sara Perry
Member Services Manager & Controller
Sara joined NCBFAASA in July 2021. Her primary focus is to provide support for all NCBFAASA members. She is excited about her new responsibilities and looks forward to working directly with the membership.
Sara is also responsible for assisting with daily operations of the company, provides financial and administrative support to the Executive Director.
Stephanie Crowe
Admin & Services Specialist
Stephanie specializes in account support for all shippers' associations managed by NCBFAASA. She is a valued employee and is excited about her responsibilities at NCBFAASA.
