Jeff Bergmann

Executive Director

Jeff serves as Executive Director of the NCBFAASA and has been involved in international trade since 1984. Jeff has spent the last 18 years building member relationships and negotiating freight contracts for NCBFAASA. Prior to focusing on shipper association management, Jeff worked in logistics for Andrew Jergens and Kenner Products. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting and resides in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.

Craig Akers

Directer of Operations

Craig is a key member of the senior management team responsible for the daily operations of NCBFAASA including Marketing, Sales and IT. He is responsible for all expansion activities, corporate alliances and managing relationships with clients and vendors. Craig is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with an associates degree in Computer Science and a BS in Information Technology.

Debbie Crowe

Manager of Member Services

Debbie has been involved in international trade since 1986 and has served as the Manager of Member Services for the NCBFAASA since 2006. Debbie is responsible for member recruitment, customer service, rate requests, data management and contract amendments. Debbie has also worked in logistics for Kenner Products.

Rebecca Rice

Manager of Member Relations

Rebecca joined NCBFAASA in September 2014 as the Manager of Member Relations. Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the sale of NCBFAASA services and ensuring the client's needs and expectations are being met. She has worked 27 years in the International Transportation Industry with the majority of that time spent at OOCL (USA) Inc. in the sales and operations departments.

Greg Marti

Director of Marketing and Member Development

Greg is the Director of Marketing and Member Development for NCBFAASA. Greg joined NCBFAASA in 2006 after working in Sales and Sales Management positions with Maersk Line and Orient Overseas Container Line collectively for 22 years. He is responsible to plan and carry out all sales activities for new and existing clients. Greg is a graduate of Ashland University with a BS in Business Administration.
